Charlotte Chronicles

You asked for more and I couldn’t stop thinking about Nathan and Charlotte.  I’m going to TRY to offer up a short snippet of their story once a week.  If you don’t know who Charlotte and Nathan are, you should read the free epilogue to Unspoken.

I’ve gotten so much interest in the Charlotte Chronicles. I want to write Charlotte and Nathan’s love story into a book but that will be some time down the road. Instead, I’m going to work on it a little each week and release it one small section at a time.  This means that you’ll get to read it free all the way to the end, but that the end might not be for a while.

  1. when do you think Charolettes and Nathans book will end, I totally love them but I’m desperate to know their ending more than anyone else’s

    1. Fortunately or unfortunately depending on how you look at it, I’m going to be writing this serial into the summer. The good thing is that the entire series of weekly episodes will always be free. I don’t know if that is helpful or not.

  2. Ok, My brain is not working… How do I sign up for the Newsletter?? You are my favorite new author. Your books don’t last more than a day. I devour them so fast, and read them over and over. I can’t wait to read more from you! I am loving these snippets of Nate and Charlotte. Can’t wait for the next one!!!

  3. I have to say Charlotte and Nathan’s story if my favorite so far! Please keep posting chapters each week. Can’t wait! 😀

  4. Jen…THANK YOU for such a great series. I just finished Noah’s, Bo’s and Gray’s stories in 4 days. I couldn’t put it down. And now I see that you have Charlotte and Nathan’s story…couldn’t be happier. Cant wait for the next chapters and maybe more on the rest of the boys; Finn, Mal and Adam?! 🙂

  5. Jen, will Nathan and Charlotte’s story go as far as him coming back from his military service and into adulthood? I hope so!

  6. Just whipped right through the woodlands series in a matter of days and now I am just devouring Charlotte and Nate’s story. I found where you have the first 7 chapters listed but what about the rest? What will catch me up to what you just posted ?!?! Help please …I am desperate!!

Thank you for such an incredible story ….. And for feeding my book addiction!!!

    1. I just updated. There’s only two scenes you’re missing. You can go to “menu” and find chapter 7 – last Nathan scene and then Chapter 8 and you’re all caught up.

  7. Jen,
For the love of God you can’t leave me hanging. Omgosh I love pretty much everything you write. I would probably enjoy your grocery list.
I can’t wait to see what happens next week. Just know if you write it I will read it.

  8. Seriously…today’s installment of the Charlotte Chronicles made me cry ugly tears at work! ha

I can’t wait to find out more about Nate & Charlotte now that they’re in their 20s and all grown up. Of course, while I love Nate & “Charlie” I am actually more intrigued by Nick now. Any thoughts to writing his story?

    1. Yes, Emily R, I’ve been thinking about Nick a lot. I think his would be a super fun story. I don’t know if I’ve found the right story or heroine for him though.

      1. Yes! Nick definitely comes across as a “still waters run deep” kind of hero. He will needs a strong heroine and I absolutely can’t wait. 🙂 Thank you so much for writing these weekly installments, they are the highlight of my Friday mornings (even when I ugly cry at my desk).

  9. OMG!!!! I am crying at work! I actually got angry every time the phone rang. I don’t know which I want to do more, Hit Nate or give him a big hug. Really? Charlotte got over the Greta thing, why can’t he?

Thank you for sharing thier story. Please make it all better though.

  10. Holy Crap Jen right now I kinda hate you! I will still read anything you write but damn you are killing me. I guess there is no way I could talk you into (beg on my hands and knees to ask (implore) you to release next week’s early like say tomorrow) HAHA you really are the best at what you do. Now everyone in my house must suffer because I am so freaking obsessed with this until next Friday. Two words Jen, Fix this! Please know that I love your work thanks for doing this, although I really hope you are planning to release this as a book when you are finished because I will definitely be buying it if you do!

    1. @michele – Oh no! I apologize to everyone in your house. We’re starting a new chapter in the Nate and Charlotte story. Even I’m not sure exactly how we will get to the end.

I hope to release it as a book in December.

  11. Jen, I absolutely love the Charlotte Chronicles. My favorite book was Bo and AM. Loved Bo. anyway I missed Charlotte on june 27 and can’t find it anywhere. Can you tell me how to go about finding it?
    Thank you so much!

  12. The 6/27 letters were killer. Can’t wait until this Friday. Well… I can’t wait for December and the whole book. That is so far away. 😦 I read the letters 2 times and cried each time. Holy moly! This is such a great story. Thank you for one more reason to look forward to Friday.
